Overview

Tasnif Group, a leading design and computer graphics agency, was honored to contribute to the success of a significant event organized by the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD). Held in the historic city of Samarkand from 13 to 17 November 2023, this event focused on reviewing the main findings of an independent midterm assessment of the Strategic Framework (2018-2030). It highlighted the critical interlinkages between land degradation, climate change, and biodiversity, emphasizing the need for increased synergies with the Rio Conventions. A high-level event further affirmed the growing recognition of the importance of sand and dust storms.

Our Task

Our agency was entrusted with the task of creating a distinctive style and identity for the event. We worked closely with the client, adhering to the provided logo and guidelines, to ensure a cohesive and impactful visual representation. Our scope of work included:

Designing the Event's Style and Identity: We developed a unique and coherent visual language that resonated with the event's themes and objectives.

Interior and Exterior 3D Design: Our team crafted detailed 3D models of the venue's interior and exterior, ensuring that every aspect of the design was meticulously planned and visually appealing.

Modeling and Rendering: We created comprehensive 3D models of the entire event space, providing high-quality renders that served as a blueprint for the actual setup.

Implementation

The organizers utilized the renders provided by Tasnif Group to remodel the venue, bringing our designs to life. The result was a visually stunning and thematically consistent environment that enhanced the overall experience of the attendees and participants.
